How to use "Step 2: Nail Primer"?

Step 2: Nail Primer is the second step in CHEWALI's Perfect Prep Steps. Apply one coat to the natural nail and let air dry for about 30 seconds . It is dry enough when the nail no longer looks shiny and wet. Please note that it will not dry in like Step 1: Nail Dehydrator. Then you move on to Step 3: Base Gel .
