Delivery Options

We offer delivery with the shipping options shown at checkout. Available options may vary depending on country, address and order size.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery time is calculated from the time your order has been packed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as high volume, carrier handling, weather or customs handling.

Order Processing

We process orders as quickly as possible. During promotions, launches or high volume, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with tracking information if available for the selected shipping method.

Delivery to agent or home delivery

Depending on the delivery option you choose, delivery will be to a drop-off location/agent or as home delivery. You are responsible for entering the correct address and contact details at checkout.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages not collected within the carrier's specified time will be returned to us. Unclaimed packages are not considered returns. We reserve the right to charge a fee for shipping, return shipping, and handling.

Damaged package upon delivery

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and attach clear pictures of:

outer packaging
damaged product
order number

We will help you further.

Lost shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will help you make a request with the carrier.

Deliveries outside the EU (customs and import fees)

When delivering outside the EU, customs, import fees and local taxes may apply. These costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Chewali is not responsible for any delays that occur during customs processing.
