Once you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please review the details carefully. If any information is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Any applicable VAT is shown at checkout depending on the delivery country and applicable tax regulations.

If the order is delivered outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. Once payment is approved, your order will be processed for delivery.

6. Delivery

Available delivery options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, high demand, weather conditions, customs processing, or local circumstances.

7. Transport Damage

If your package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product. We will assist you further.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU and EEA distance selling regulations.

To withdraw from a purchase, you must contact us before returning the item and follow our return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products where the seal has been broken or the product has been used. This may include cosmetic products and items with protective seals.

10. Refunds

11. Claims and Defective Products

12. Uncollected Parcels

Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us are not considered a return. We reserve the right to charge a fee for shipping, return shipping, and handling.
