Return and Refund Policy


Returns

We want you to feel secure with your purchase at Chewali. If you regret your purchase, you as a customer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

For a return to be approved, the following applies:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Any seals must be unbroken
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, there is no right of withdrawal for products where the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned
  • You as the customer are responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise stated

Complaints

If an item is defective, damaged upon delivery or if we have sent the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

For fast processing, please send:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the problem
  • clear pictures of the product and outer packaging

If the complaint is approved, we will first offer a replacement item or refund.

Uncollected packages

Packages that are not collected and returned to us are not considered a return. In the case of an uncollected package, a fee may be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
